How It works

• After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
• The Voucher code is valid for one (1) "Full VIP 2D" Movie Ticket
• The Voucher code is valid for bookings made via the Nu Metro website, mobile App, call centre or self-service ticketing machines
• The Voucher code is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

How to redeem your Digiticket

POS (where a cashier is present)

1. Tell the cashier which film you would like to watch and on which day & time
2. Provide the Voucher code to the cashier to apply

SST (Self-Service Terminals)

1. Select the movie you would like to watch
2. Select the day & time you would like to watch the movie
3. At the loyalty customer prompt select "No"
4. Select the "Mobicode Scene VIP" ticket
5. Select "Next"
6. Enter the Voucher code received
7. Select the seat you would like
8. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction

Website

1. Go to numetro.co.za
2. Change the cinema to the one you would like to purchase tickets for
3. Select the film you would like to watch
4. Select the date, time & format (if available) that you would like to watch the film.
   Remember to ensure your code is valid for the format you select.
5. Select the seat you would like to have
6. Select the “Nu Metro Digiticket” button to add your discount to the seat
7. Enter the code and select “Apply discount”
   At this time you can add any additional seats you would like to purchase tickets for
8. Select “Checkout”
9. Add any combos you would like to the order.
10. In the “Pay now” section provide the details required for your ticket/s to be sent to you
11. Below this is a section that will be used to either pay or complete your order.
    If additional items were added to the order, you’ll need to enter your payment details & complete payment

Mobile App

1. Open the Nu Metro App
2. Change the cinema to the one you would like to purchase tickets for
3. Select the film you would like to watch
4. Select the date, time & format (if available) that you would like to watch the film.
   Remember to ensure your code is valid for the format you select.
5. Select the seat you would like to have
6. Select “Add special discount*”
7. Select the “Digiticket” button to add your discount to the seat
8. Enter the code and select “Apply”
   At this time you can add any additional seats you would like to purchase tickets for
9. Select “Confirm and pay”
10. In the “Send your tickets to” section provide the details required for your ticket/s to be sent to you
11. Below this is a section that will be used to either pay or complete your order.
