How it works

  • After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
  • The E-Voucher can only be redeemed online in the Bolt App within South Africa in cities where Bolt is available
  • The Bolt App is available for download in the App Store and in the Google Play Store
  • The E-Voucher Code is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
  • After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
  • The E-Voucher can only be redeemed online in the Bolt App within South Africa in cities where Bolt is available
  • The Bolt App is available for download in the App Store and in the Google Play Store
  • The E-Voucher Code is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
  • Online Redemption Instructions
    • Go to the menu section in the Bolt App
    • Click Promotions
    • Enter your E-Voucher Code at Promo Code
  • The E-Voucher can be used for more than 1 ride until the value is used in full
  • Once the value of the E-Voucher is used, the Bolt App will switch to the default payment method captured on the Bolt App, either Card or Cash
  • Upon expiration, unused funds will not be refunded or credited
  • No change will be given. You may be required to add a secondary payment method to use this E-Voucher with the Bolt App
