How it works

  • After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
  • The E-Voucher can only be used at any Spur Steak Ranches restaurant in the Republic of South Africa
  • The 16-digit E-Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified
  • After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
  • The E-Voucher can only be used at any Spur Steak Ranches restaurant in the Republic of South Africa
  • The 16-digit E-Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified
  • Redemption: The E-Voucher can be used as a form of payment towards purchases made at participating Spur Steak Ranches locations in South Africa and may be used to tip the waitron
  • Transferability: The E-Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who received it or purchased it
  • Expiry: Any unused balance on the E-Voucher after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded
  • Multiple E-Vouchers can be redeemed per transaction 
  • Partial Redemption: If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the E-Voucher, the remaining balance will be stored on the voucher for future use, subject to the voucher's expiry date
  • No Cash Value: The E-Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund
