How it works

  • After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
  • The E-Voucher can only be used at any Panarottis restaurant in the Republic of South Africa
  • The 16-digit E-Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified
  • After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
  • The E-Voucher can only be used at any Panarottis restaurant in the Republic of South Africa
  • The 16-digit E-Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified

  • Expiry: Any unused balance on the E-Voucher after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded
  • Redemption Limit: Multiple E-Vouchers can be redeemed per transaction
  • Partial Redemption: If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the E-Voucher, the remaining balance will be stored on the voucher for future use, subject to the voucher's expiry date
