How it works
- After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
- The E-Voucher Code can only be redeemed in-store at Shoprite, Checkers and Usave stores* nationwide
- The E-Voucher Code is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
* Usave Mobile stores are excluded
- After ordering you can download your E-Voucher in the section "My transactions" under "My account"
- To redeem, the qualifying customer should present the E-Voucher while paying at Shoprite, Checkers and Usave stores* nationwide
- Make sure that the code contains 16 digits and is entered correctly
- The E-Voucher Code is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
- The E-Voucher is not redeemable for cash, in part or whole
- The E-Voucher cannot be used if purchase value is lower than the E-Voucher value
- No change will be given
- The E-Voucher can only be used once
- Full E-Voucher value needs to be redeemed in 1 (one) transaction if not loaded directly onto a gift card
- E-Vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned once issued
- Unsuccessful redemptions can result from a temporary network issue
- Kindly report the issue to the store manager who will call the Centralized Promotion department in order to register the issue
- The store manager will provide you with an incident number to be shared with African Bank for follow-up if they are unable to resolve the issue directly in the store
